1. Define Your Vision
Identify your style preferences, lifestyle needs, and functionality concerns.

2. Set a Budget
Review your finances, work with a bank, and figure out what your maximum budget should be. This budget will need to cover the preconstruction services, construction services, owner contingency, and financing costs.

3. Assemble Your Team
We will assist you with finding an architect, engineering team, interior designer, and any other special consultants for your build.

4. Finalize Design & Go Into Permitting
Throughout the design process we will help with prioritizing your "must-haves", plan for your future needs, and ensure the cost to build will meet your budget.

5. Begin Construction
Weekly meetings and monthly on site visits are a must. Meeting with you allows us to streamline constructability decisions and material finish selections. In addition, you can add your personal touches to the project.

6. Final Inspections & Move In
After a thorough construction punch, final building inspections, and final clean we take the time to turn the home over to you. This is done with Operations/Maintenance and Punch walks. Keep in mind after the turnover is done, we are still there for you throughout the entire warranty process.

Once your luxury home has been completed we take the time to ensure you know how manage and operate the new residence. We provide a complete library of information that includes everything you will need to manage your new home successfully. Additionally, we are invested in your success, so we do an owners operation/maintenance walk the day you move in and provide a custom warranty that is tailored to your new luxury home.
